This is a simple flowing practice perfect for the morning to wake your body up. We will work through some simple sun salutations with twists, standing poses and back bends; finishing with a nice stretch for the hips. My introduction says this class will be 20 minutes, but it ended up being a little longer at 30 minutes. Enjoy. (30minutes/all levels)
