I am currently only teach one class each week whilst my children are young. I will be back to teaching more classes once they are a little older.
Vinyasa Flow
A strong flowing sequence of postures focusing on the development of healthy alignment combined with movement and the use of breath, led to music. Regular alignment instructions are provided in addition to carefully considered adjustments to help create space and freedom in the body. Expect to move, breathe, challenge yourself and have fun.
Yin Yoga
A stilling practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness of body, mind and breath, through longer held postures designed to stretch and release the connective tissue of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia). Great for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.
