Join Cheryl for an afternoon of energising vinyasa flow (yang) to build strength and heat as you move the spine in all directions to improve circulation throughout the entire body; followed by some long-held stretches (yin) to open up and go deeper into the connective tissues promoting flexibility and optimal organ and joint health; culminating with restorative yoga and yoga nidra for ultimate relaxation to fully restore and replenish the body and mind.
The tissues in our body house a highly sensitive energy system that can be influenced positively by the way a body is treated, thus through a balanced yoga practice (active and passive) we can enhance the flow of energy to promote optimal health in addition to strengthening and lengthening the muscles for greater stability and flexibility.
