Ep.4 - Strength building vinyasa flow

This class begins with sun salutations to build a rhythm with the breath and a little heat, then moves on to some standing and balancing poses with extra strength builders built in, including Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) and Virabhdrasana III (Warrior III); peppered throughout the sequence are some simple twists and gentle backbends; to finish we will release the neck and stretch the side body.  (65minutes/level 2)

Ep. 1 - Short Morning Flow

This is a simple flowing practice perfect for the morning to wake your body up.  We will work through some simple sun salutations with twists, standing poses and back bends; finishing with a nice stretch for the hips.  My introduction says this class will be 20 minutes, but it ended up being a little longer at 30 minutes.  Enjoy.
